The room was perfect and exceptionally comfortable with the bar and extra water, for instance and the overall experience in your vacation there was fantastic. I loved the breakfast with a wide array of decent food.

Wonderful beach and reef for snorkeling. The sunrise behind the mountain was breathtaking. Room with sea view was pleasant. The romantic evening organized by the hotel was a highlight. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was planning to stay only two nights at the Rotana Resort Montazah for the reason of me and my wife attending a wedding at the Four Seasons Resort (short distance) but observed that the Resort staff were very friendly, eager and have the passion to render a high standard service to resort residents. That forced me to extend my stay for another 4 nights. The Room cleaning and sorting out of technical issues like heater problem and water leaks were very prompt. The smily faces and high respect from reception and other staff was very remarkable.

The breakfast varieties was very limited and this could be due to most resident stay terms were "all inclusive" versus my stay only breakfast included. Also due to resort is 22-25 km far from the city center the transportation is left to non professional service provider, you need to ongoing bargain. Timing for free shuttle is irrelevant. Resort should be more transparent to help residents to find the proper transportation at reasonable cost.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, right on a beautiful beach with plenty of activities to enjoy. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms, although a bit old-fashioned, had a fantastic sea view and were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ensuring everyone's tastes were catered for.

The value for money at this hotel is incredible, allowing us to enjoy a fantastic resort experience without breaking the bank. The premium sea view room we booked was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view. Being able to step out onto a balcony overlooking the swimming pool was a real treat. The location of the hotel on Montazah beach was perfect, providing easy access to a beautiful and peaceful beach.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

* There was no heated pool as per other resorts * communication skills were bad as not much of the employees speaks or understand English

The main restaurant had a variety of food options and the beach restaurant offered beautiful views. the staff in the bars were friendly and helpful. the room was well-maintained and the bathroom was clean. the service was satisfactory. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the sea view was breathtaking. the swimming pool had clean water and the animation team did a great job in entertaining the guests.

The Wi-Fi connection was poor and unreliable.

The beach was amazing with crystal clear water and a stunning coral reef perfect for snorkeling. I enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrise behind the mountains and the romantic dinner at the beach restaurant was great. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient.
